Our Pre-Sales services help to identify the solution required to provide simple and reliable Unified Communications. This means we can help partners to propose the correct solution for their customer every time, utilising the right products to deliver the seamless integration and deployment that is required for UC. To complement any design, Exertis can also provide peripherals such as headsets to complete a full proposal.
All deployments are carried out by fully certified technical engineers with plenty of experience working with and deploying UC solutions.
To help post-deployment, Exertis provides Maintain services which give access to our Technical Assistance Centre. Access to the TAC is via telephone, e-mail or secure web portal and connects you directly to one of our technically accredited engineers. Support is available for either Business Hours only or 24x7x365 depending on customer requirements.
