Our Pre-Sales services for Security & Software help to identify the solution required to provide complete endpoint protection. This means we can help partners to propose the correct solution for their customer every time, utilising the right product for the criteria.
Our engineers are all technically accredited and provide a wealth of experience and product knowledge to ensure an efficient deployment with minimal disruption to the customer’s user base. As endpoint products can be intrusive, we work with the customer to build a deployment plan that ensures minimal impact on users and production servers.
For ongoing support on the security solution, we provide a 24x7x365 support contract called Exertis Maintain Advanced. This provides around the clock access to our fully accredited Technical Assistance Centre via telephone, e-mail and secure web portal. Our TAC is delivered entirely within the UK and provides contact with a technical engineer immediately to start working through any queries or issues when making first contact with us.
Our Managed Service offering provides all the benefits of our Maintain service, with some added extras. We provide a health monitoring service to monitor the health of the security solution via the deployed Security Centre. Remote support is also included within our Managed Service, meaning any issues with the software, we can troubleshoot via a remote session if necessary.
